Tramadol Hydrochloride Pills USP, 50 mg, is an attractive, broken white, round, rounded shape with “627” on one side and plain on the other.

The 627 tablet is Snow White, round and 9 mm in size.

Tablets with traces of 627 are round with Snow White and are identified as tramadol hydrochloride 50 mg. Amneal Pharmaceuticals supplies it.
Tramadol is used to treat back pain, acquired aches and pains and belongs to the opioid class of medical drugs (narcotic analgesics). The risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy. According to the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), Tramadol 50 mg is a List 4 controlled substance.
