To be honest with the “Diabetic Pattern 2″ I was very impressed with these meds. My confidence was raised by insulin resistance (which makes losing weight difficult) and PCOS. and a low calorie diet. I started with a half dose of 0.25 mg once a week and then went to 0.5 mg two weeks a week. I lost 9 cm from the waist and 9 cm from the hips and 5 cm from the bust. I eat light and light weight about 1000 calories per day . I still do not think of myself. The meds give me a little nauseous feeling the 1st or 2nd day but then I never feel hungry again.
