Fatigue enters millions of people around the world. We are all tired; we are all tired. It is because we have struggled nonstop, eaten well, or skipped workouts. For many people, emotions can sluggish put a serious damper on your work and social life. Entertainment is a pretty important nuance of recovery and healing, but sometimes not being in it is more than basic.
I have experienced this over the years. It only happens occasionally, but when it does, it is a terribly frightening feeling. I feel a sense of “dread”. I sit down and “ask” someone to sit with me. And it feels like I weigh a ton. my body I weigh a ton and feel like I am going to flow across the floor. so heavy I still feel like a tongue, I have no cramps or anything in this family. It takes about 5 minutes and when it is over I feel pretty weak. Does anyone have any advice?
Thank you very much! The sand

Emanu – I read about this – vitamin deficiency is possible. But I do not remember which one !!! If your doctor did not decide this for you, I suggest you learn more about vitamins, minerals, amp. Supplements. Success & amp; amp; amp; God bless.

Did the doctor explain that it is still possible because I have not found my way here yet? This basic happened to me! At first I started to imagine something. heavy And very abstract, and it reminded me of how I felt when I was young. Or maybe a simple memory from an earlier dream, but I never had a chance to recall it when I was awake. How unusual that sounds. During this time I actually thought more about it and felt the pillow. heavy Or actually how it could feel. heavy If I wanted to. During this time, I received this unusual sensation. how heavy It felt like it my body asked me to expel my brain. I woke up and thought about the hallucination for a little while.
I think it might have something to do with the fact that I was thinking about what I would say at my wedding. It really scared me. Almost everyone talked about feeling anxious, was this a possible component of an anxiety attack? Probably yes. our body Does it try to crush us? Do we not need to recognize it when it happens? Trying to make sure there is a specialist here!

Definitely is the same, in fact is what you describe, but secondly I blocked the past eye at night, my body felt heavy I had nightmares or something in this family so i opened my eyes but it was not easy . heavy And I did this for a while when the same thing happened if I closed my eyes because my hands would not move, but I opened them and everything was ok … The last 4 days before I woke up the night before with the data, and it was difficult for me to go back to sleep … Actually what should I make of this?

I felt you had been writing for 4 months when you woke up in the direction of the night or for a while afterwards . Vitamin B helped me solve this problem. Apparently it was caused by some sort of anemia. I have been taking Nexium for over 10 years and am deficient in magnesium and B12 (possibly others). This would certainly help.

I had a similar episode as a child and it happened again last night (I am 35). I experienced being really raped with a big clean towel, it somehow felt smooth, but heavy My eyes could not decide what was near and what was far from me . My eyes had no problem getting a little closer. And somehow a strange scent came to me. I recognized the feeling. I remember when I was younger, I could “check” and “play” as if I could “turn on and off”. But yesterday I could not. I tried to “switch off” but failed. I was resting in bed between my little one and my husband, and felt that I would always get the chance to take turns and die unannounced. It was eerie. I realized that the hormones activated in my brain had done this with me, but there was no way to stop just to relax or breathe. My only chance was to try some endorphins and the burden disappeared immediately. If anyone understands more about this please post.

After a diagnosis of adrenal deficiency, I feel these symptoms even when I have reduced the medication (prednisone) I take for this condition, after less than an hour I become energetic. I plan to exercise, sleep, and weigh, and most have tried to plan to weigh a ton.” my body I weigh a ton and feel like I am going to flow across the floor. so heavy .”

I felt this afternoon but with trepidation. My body was feeling very heavy As if I could not lift myself … As if when I rose from my fear of death, I was still concerned … the heavy Authority. I woke my husband up and told him what I felt, he said I had to go outside, took a deep breath and was dropped … I thought I was dying … For example, I am googling during this “my body feels heavy One more thing…” And here I am …

There are phases. of heavy body Emotions from starting to get signs of MS (undiagnosed MS). considered signs of MS are attributed to depression and facility, but only suspected. In the best case scenario I have a hard time keeping my head up and eyes open. Breathing is also difficult and the movement of the elements aggravates me (with pain). I lie down and feel it is actually a relief! During this time I feel myself above all others, fall asleep and experience myself above all others. I started taking vitamins with dinner, less attacks!

I had these attacks every morning at 3am. Mine were due to low blood sugar, I also have borderline anemia and these attacks were worse during menstruation. These attacks also occur when consuming meals that include food. I noticed that vitamin B and MSM definitely helped:) i am still using a catalyst (dexamfetamine) drug and have not suffered attacks for 2 years. I seem to be a walking barometer :p. The only things I have to pay attention to are my desk (currently healthy), blood pressure, and liver health (stimulants).

IV had these signs that I still remember, I am now 35 years old and still have occasional problems my body feels so heavy I feel unable to drive. I have feelings of heavy After the same fear, now I am trying to sleep. It scares me, IV wondered what to tell me about this for a long time about this doctor, but I was afraid they would compare and contrast that I was unusual. iv actually just entered the signs and it was all remarkable that people are suffering the same way. He answered almost all my questions.

Plus it happened when I woke up from fear, now it seems more like a coincidence.

I was still feeling a lot alone in bed. My body feels really heavy But at the same time light, my tongue also feel thick. I think my fingers feel it. so heavy I never translate them once, I always feel completely normal. But after a few seconds it becomes possible again heavy To feel! It is like swimming in an accelerating cloud, but the sensation heavy I am not usually stressed. I am not afraid that it is going well. With effort.

I tested this when I woke up and fell asleep. I am a pretty anxious person so I shook the elementary from my nerves. But in one of these periods, I found that my blood pressure was very low: 108/50. normally I am at 110/60. That is normal. Usually it is 110/60 and I am quite bloated. No doubt this is related, but when I am napping on the wall, when my blood pressure is low, etc., I get an unusual sensation because there is value in it and there is a ring in my ear. On another occasion I discovered my blood pressure had a peak in it. As a result, I conclude that these feelings are, at least for me, the reason for the sudden changes in blood pressure and small anemia. Furthermore, I discovered that these configurations occur with changes in the weather. When the weather gets warmer, my blood pressure drops, and when the warm weather changes to cloudy cool weather, my blood pressure rises along with annoying pain in my joints. I must add that I am at 20 years old.

I will try to ask more about this, I have this heavy I feel intense now. I was in bed as I usually do when I feel this sensation. I did not feel the discomfort the best, I just thought about my day, I started blinking and soon experienced myself. heavy But I still experienced myself a little as if lifted up a little, as if I touched the bed a little. When this happens it is not because I am not considering what it is. Basic confusion, it has been happening for years. And ok, I still remember what happened while I was watching Top Gear: p

Oh, I forgot to add that when I am in this “state” it is sometimes a precedent that when I play computer games in the direction of long periods of time I still feel that everything is moving quickly. This is caused by a kind of stress, oh I feel everything is moving quickly. the body /mind cheers

Hi Taylor, I am a 20 person biology study and had almost the same experience as you. Earlier i was in a dream and i woke up as if i was in shock, but the shock was much greater. I could not find the proper text, so I could not explain it to anyone. Only at the moment I was on the couch watching Top Gear and it was one scene of a car driving down a country road with quiet music. I had at some point at that point my body growing very heavy I recognized emotions as soon as you describe and as I remember when I was younger. For example, as soon as I talked to others I noticed that the emotion disappeared completely and I did not learn to fear it anymore. I tried to concentrate on improving the effect. I closed my eyes and noticed that I was seeing black and tried to concentrate on the osmosis ground that blew my eyes when I closed them. The sensation of weight continued to grow and I continued to stare into the darkness. I felt my heart beating harder and my breathing slowing down. What happened then was somewhat unusual. It felt as if the darkness itself was the essence, slowly crushing me. my body Then I got it, so I do not attribute this to the fact that during this time I had the urge to say “hello” to what I had arranged, and I opened my eyes. The whole sensation disappeared immediately. I was quite curious and felt a little light in my head, so I googled it.” body feels very heavy And I found this page.

I have had it since I was a little girl. I call it my massive manual attack. I am 32 now and still dont know what it is. It happens most when I am in bed, it is aggravated by stress and I seemed to have it every week when I was pregnant with my boy. But not with my young wife. I had EKG when I was pregnant with my own one. And there was so much good research that they found nothing. I have learned to live with the data and if I feel I am under attack I believe it. Something to focus on. For example, I do not get up and go around. I am afraid because I feel I will test and drain myself soon! For example, my doctor thinks I have lupus because I suffer from Dectresson and Antryaty and actually wait for blood tests. In any case, I think my skills will help. The only advice I can give is don’t worry, it is not life. It does not owe your state of mind for the possibility. And if you are suffering from it again, calm down elementary and vote for something else for good and it will flow. Good luck. Batu.

Same thing happened to me. I found that it happened sometimes after I lowered my dosage of antidepressants. I think street and fear are the most likely causes. Please give me a reminder if you ask. going to the doctor on Jan 18. That is a pretty scary feeling!!!! Saffier25

Hi Sandy, how often do you have these symptoms? Do you think they could be epileptic seizures? If so, have you considered it? I think it could be related to a seizure disorder. It could be the accessibility of the attacks. I think you owe it to yourself to consult a neurologist early on to determine imaging studies and EEG. As a candidate, it still has the potential for stress and fear. Yes, stress and fear can cause it. Stress is a situation that leads to a transaction in the environment around an individual in which the individual feels that the individual is in conflict, whether or not the individual is realistic, between the claims of history and the resources of that person’s bio, mental system. Fear is a common response to stress. You can make it easier on yourself by trying yoga, relaxation, and meditation. Let us know what ails you. I think it will certainly help. For now.

Jainmd, I agree with you. I do not suffer from cramps. I do it when I try to doze off at night, I don’t get enough is a good thing. For example, I feel a lot of pain at night, my body his weight feels like a thousand kilos and I can’t turn around . I feel it about 3-4 times a week. In any case i am glad i came across your message. Thank you.
I have felt the burden everywhere. my body , sometimes i feel so heavy I feel I am planning to collapse and at some point my legs start to shake gravity and I have to sit down. I am having a hard time balancing, when I walk I feel something pull on my upper back and I roll back and forth. I also suffer from pressure in my head, ears and throat. It is very painful and i can’t work even when i feel like it. In the past I have suffered from fear and feel it is forcing me to worry again. Some time ago, I received a microbe that is believed to be the cause of the burden of my body but it is still stable and getting worse. For example, I spent a week in bed because I do not feel so good. I feel so bad for feeling that way, i am 25 years old and i was healthy every time, free and social, but now i spend my days at home and dont go out.

These are pretty well – a sign of fear and can’t hurt. It is simply the result of extra adrenaline in your bloodstream. What you experience is adrenaline causing a dynamic pit. The dynamic pit is caused by merged muscles (triggered by adrenaline) in the heart chamber. Heart attack pain is sometimes felt in the heart circle. If you are tested (and believe it if you find that you are doing well. You feel signs of excitement, that’s all. Except for the fact that you feel discomfort, it has the ability to not hurt you. However, your intellect is still in a state of excitement. As a result, you will consider it “devastating.” When you are in this state, everything is done extraordinary (in your eyes). Do not believe this. You are fine and everything is okay. Remember to avoid it. I thought I was dying a thousand times, but I am still there and all is well. It is pretty well known – a known skill for people in horrible situations. Go to the doctor and get relief. There is a good chance he will suggest your short term medications to alleviate your symptoms. Propranalol helps because it slows your heart rate, which is sometimes all you need to get out of your fearful state. Good luck and don’t worry. It is a fairly well known skill. Thousands of people suffer from it every day. It’s frustrating.

Hi, I have had almost the same signs for over finite years, several times a day I actually feel gravity replacing me and feel weak and vulnerable. I get numbness and tingling in my head. It destroys my life. I have been to the emergency room several times and have spoken to cardiologists and everything was ok but it is elementary worse. They tell me often that it is a scare but I am now using 3 alprazolam per day and 1/2 lexapro but nothing helps. This is terrible!!!

Another manifestation of a metabolism that is not functioning properly is insulin resistance, which can lead to diabetes. It is attributed to your body cells against the function of the hormone insulin, which prevents glucose (fuel the body (fuel made from the carbohydrates you eat) to move from the bloodstream to the cells.

Feeling heavy can still be related to your psychological well being. One of the most important signs of depression may be a lack of energy, incapacity or a sense of gravity (perhaps your bust may feel heavy incessantly). While there may be other external problems based on depression, morally it is due to an imbalance of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, and noradrenaline. These neurotransmitters help regulate energy, hunger er, motivation, and pleasure, and the result is that if you are depressed, it often happens that you heavy feel tired, exhausted, unmotivated, and not feeling good about yourself.
Fear
If you suffer from incessant concern, you usually experience nervousness or cribbing in this regard, but stress and excitement have the opportunity to slow down certain processes in the body almost the body and add to feeling heavy Excitement has the ability to the body in the activated sympathetic nervous system to stay in constant “fight or flight” and may produce very large amounts of cortisol, a stress hormone isolated by the adrenal glands. When you are chronically stressed or anxious the body cortisol is difficult to regulate, you may suffer from what is known as “adrenal fatigue”. This can lead to emotional heavy and slow.
